Channel your inner step aerobics queen and join Cal for 60 minutes of beat-based Strength utilizing the step, light weights, bands, and a pilates ball.

    The return of Fall means an opportunity to refocus your practice and channel energy into transitions and peace after the hustle and energy of Summer.

    ​

     

    This Fall themed class is designed to help you create space for release, much like the leaves letting go from trees in nature. In this session, you will build a foundation of steadiness and structure through engaging, “flight”-centric balancing postures. In addition, explore how structure can offer freedom, both on and off the yoga mat.

    ​

      Workshops & Extension Classes

      A yoga workshop is the best way to explore deeper aspects of your practice that are fascinating and unique to you.  Are you craving to learn more about breath/body connection?  Attend a workshop!  Are you itching to play with arm balances?  Attend a workshop!  You get the idea...workshops are great opportunities to grow your practice.  These small group settings apart from a traditional class allow you to dive deeper and experience one-on-one instruction with other like-minded yogis.  Imagine the best part of your yoga class, amplified by discussion, dissection and loads of practice. Workshops move from theory to practical movement, with emphasis on understanding each part as you go.  Each workshop helps you deepen your knowledge on a specific subject and connects you with quality, focused instruction in a small-group setting.
