
New to yoga? Here are some of our best tips to help you before attending class.

Doors will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to each scheduled class.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to class. The front door is locked during class. If you are late, we will not stop class instruction to let you in. No exceptions.

Download our mobile app and check-in online to maximize your relaxation time at the studio.

Wear comfortable workout clothing. If you need new items, you are in luck. We have an assortment of great gear from Manduka, Beyond Yoga and more.

Please bring a yoga mat. If you need to borrow one, we have studio rental mats available for $2.

Bring your water bottle. You can fill it up before and after your class to stay hydrated.

Stay in the studio during class. Coming late and leaving early during class is distracting to others.

Use a soft voice in the studio. This is your – and your neighbor’s – escape from the loud, demanding world we live in.
