New to yoga?  Here are some of our best tips to help you before attending class.  

  • Doors will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to each scheduled class.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to class. The front door is locked during class.  If you are late, we will not stop class instruction to let you in.  No exceptions.

  • Download our mobile app and check-in online to maximize your relaxation time at the studio.  

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing.  If you need new items, you are in luck.  We have an assortment of great gear from Manduka, Beyond Yoga and more.

  • Please bring a yoga mat.  If you need to borrow one, we have studio rental mats available for $2.

  • Bring your water bottle.  You can fill it up before and after your class to stay hydrated.

  • Stay in the studio during class. Coming late and leaving early during class is distracting to others.

  • Use a soft voice in the studio. This is your – and your neighbor’s – escape from the loud, demanding world we live in.
