What made you want to become a Yoga Instructor?
I love yoga. Have loved it since I was first introduced 26 years ago. I’m 44 now and the practice has been the yin to all the yang that I love. All my running and biking and swimming dancing wine drinking and exploring. It is this really important time I work on my relationship with myself. Something about being in the flow when your body moves with your mind with your heart…it’s all in sync and your breath as the guide. Pure magic for the soul. And it’s magic for the joints the muscles all the moving parts I love to move as well.
When you love something, why not share it. So others can love as well. Makes it bigger and brighter and you often learn more about yourself in that process of sharing.
