How long have you been practicing yoga?
I have been practicing since 2012, so 13 years!

What made you want to become a yoga instructor?
At first I just wanted to dive deeper into my yoga practice and my very first yoga teacher suggested that I enroll in a 200 RYT. But once I started going to the monthly weekends and we started "practice teaching" I loved watching people explore their own movement whether they were new or have been practicing for years. I decided to start teaching the monthly community class at my local studio and haven't stop since. The more I teach the more of a student of yoga I become. I am just a guide for others to dive deeper into themselves and their practice.
What yoga pose(s) makes you happy?
I love both low + high lunge. Basic I know, but one feels so good in the hips where I can just melt in and start to unwind, the other I feel strong, energized, and confident.

Grounded. Resilient. Kind.

What is your most used emoji?
The hands that make the heart shape emoji.

I don't know why but Steve Irwin just pops in my head. That man is wild and I feel like he would be able to catch us any animal to eat.
Are you sunrise, daylight, twilight or night? Why?
Sunset - This is one of the most spiritual times for me. Whether in the mountains, beach or at home...watching the sun set and the light in the sky.
Makes me feel whole and alive and connected.

LABUBU - the little animal keychain things... I just don't get it
